UPCOMING UNIVERSITY VISITS TO CANADA

Top Tip: If you aren't able to attend on the day of the university's scheduled visit, let your advisor know and we can see about setting up an alternative online meeting for you with the university.
UNIVERSITY OF DUNDEE
Kirsty Fraser, International Officer for the University of Dundee will be visiting Toronto during the week of the 3rd of October and would be happy to meet with students and families interested in studying in the UK.
Kirsty will be hosting student information meetings on the 7th Oct from 4-6pm at Jimmy’s Coffee, 84 Gerrard St W,Toronto, ON, M5G 1Z4
If this date is not convenient, please do get in touch with Kirsty (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly and she will look to arrange an alternative time to meet.
UNIVERSITY OF EXETER
Liam Roberts from University of Exeter’s International Office will in Canada and available to meet with students are the below times and locations:
• 26 September (afternoon) and 27 September (morning) in Vancouver
• 28 September (afternoon or early evening) in Victoria
• 3 October (morning) in Toronto
Professor Sue Prince of the Law School at University of Exeter will be in Canada and available to meet with interested students.
28 September from 16:30 to 18:00 in Vancouver
3 October from 16:00 to 18:00 in Toronto

UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM
We are delighted to announce that teaching staff from University of Birmingham Law School will be visiting Canada shortly, and are keen to meet with students who may be interested in studying with us at Birmingham – we always find that it is very helpful for students to meet with Birmingham staff before deciding whether to join the University, and we would like to invite you to a meeting with them.
We totally understand that some of you may prefer to meet virtually, and we are able to offer meetings on Zoom if you prefer. If you would like to arrange a meeting, either in person or on Zoom, individual meetings (which you are welcome to attend with friends or family) are available for booking at the following times:
Calgary: Thursday, 29 September in downtown Calgary or on Zoom.
Toronto: Saturday 1 October in downtown Toronto or on Zoom.

Paul can help with questions relating to:
- Law programs at Birmingham, including courses, teaching, student support and what it is really like to study Law in the UK
- Legal careers for students who study in the UK, and how Birmingham supports Canadian students in this area
- Practical information about Birmingham, including arrival, accommodation, travel and living in the UK
- Birmingham’s free and exclusive NCA Summer School for enrolled Canadian students, which is the only program of this type offered by UK Law Schools.
Meet with University of Law in Toronto
University of Law will be hosting a Meet and Greet event to allow interested students to meet withUlaw delegates and ULaw Alumni (Anton Haswell). This is a great opportunity to learn more about The University of Law and ask any questions you have about your application, the university, or our courses.

Meet with University of Brighton in Ontario
Simon Morley from University of Brighton’s International Team will be vising Canada and has times set aside when he would be happy to meet interested students for a coffee /water/ juice. He’s happy to answer any questions you’d like to know about the University of Brighton, including living there and life in the UK more generally.
University of Brighton prides themselves on being a friendly, diverse, and inclusive community of over 18,000 students from over 150 countries. So you are encouraged to feel free to ask anything at all you may wish to know and he’ll be delighted to meet you. He also apologizes in advance for his very strong British accent! 😊
